1. Chicken kale soup

Butter 1tbsp
Chopped onion ½ cup
Chopped celery 1/2cup
Chicken broth
Chopped and cooked chicken breast
Bunch of kale
Sliced carrots
Dried basil 1/2tsp
Oregano 1/2tsp
Parsley a pinch
Lemon juice half 1tbsp (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook salted chicken shreds in oil until it becomes golden brown ( 3 to 5mts). Take the chicken pieces from oil and keep it aside. Add chopped onion and cook in the same oil till it becomes tender. Add minced garlic pod and fry. Add kale and cook for a while. Add in the chicken broth and bring to boil. Add chicken, celery, carrot, basil, and oregano. Cover and cook until chicken is soft. Add pepper and salt. Take the cooking bowl off the flame. Finally, add parsley and lemon juice!

2. Cilantro lime Cauliflower couscous

Cauliflower 1 medium size
Coconut oil 1tbsp
Garlic pods 2
Spring onion 1
Salt
Freshly chopped cilantro
Lime 1
Pulse the cauliflower to a coarse texture. Heat oil. Add chopped spring onions, still well. Fry well until its golden brown. Add in the minced garlic. Fry for a minute. Add the cauliflower and salt. Stir well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and add some salt and pepper. Remove from fire add freshly chopped cilantro. Add lime juice and toss the cauliflower couscous well. The yummy dish is ready to serve!
Raspberry Keto milkshake
Coconut milk ¼ cup
Almond milk ¾ cup
Raspberries ½ cup
Coconut oil 1tbsp
Stevia extract 3 drops (optional)
Chia seeds 1tbsp
Whipped cream 1 tbsp
Put everything in a blender and work it out for 2 minutes. Your creamy keto treat is ready!

3. Meatballs, with cheddar cheese and veg

Eggs 3
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Finely chopped onion ½ cup
Finely chopped pecans or coarsely pulsed walnuts
Dried basil 1tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil ¼ cup
Vinegar ¼ cup
Strawberry jam 1/2cup
Ketchup 1/2cup
Minced onion 1/4cup
Pepper powder a pinch
Almond powder 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Mix Eggs, cheddar cheese, walnut/pecans, basil, and salt. Prepare the balls and roll on almond powder. Place them on a greased baking dish.
In another bowl whisk together the coconut oil, vinegar. Add strawberry jam and ketchup and mix. Add onion, oregano and pepper powder and mix together. Pour the mixture on top of the balls to cover them well. Bake for 35 minutes.  Healthy and tasty lunch is ready in half an hour!

4. Kale and goat cheese omelet

Beaten eggs 3
Kale few leaves
Finely chopped Spring onion
Roasted tomato slices
Sliced pecans few
Butter 1tbsp
Goat cheese shredded 1cup
Cilantro finely chopped
Salt and pepper for taste
Mix all the ingredients with beaten egg. Put the sauteed kale. Mix well. heat the pan. Grease it with some vegetable oil. Pour in the mix..cook in medium heat. Take out from the pan to the serving dish. It’s ready to savor!
