Add sea salt with olive oil.  Grind the salt to a coarse powder if the granules are larger. Apply and scrub your body for 10 minutes and then take a bath using a mild homemade soap.

Mix equal amount of almond, olive oils.  Add a few drops of essential oil of your choice. Mix them well together and store in a clean bottle. Take a few drops on your palm rub it well and apply on your skin before going to bed.
