Spray water every day until it starts to sprout. Then change the plant to a bigger pot. you can harvest your turmeric when the leaves start to turn brown. You can wash the turmeric after digging out from the soil. Sun-dry it until it becomes hard and moisture free. Grind in a mixie and store in an airtight container.
