Natural Mouthwash

Chemical ingredients in a mouthwash kill constructive bacteria that dwell in your mouth which fights diabetes and weight gain. The alcohol present in most mouthwashes dry your mouth and heighten the chance of getting mouth cancer.

But a natural mouthwash contains no such harsh ingredients like alcohol, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, and hydrogen peroxide instead it keeps you healthy.

Here Are Some Healthy Organic Mouthwashes:

Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus oil prevents gum disease, tooth decay, cavities, and many other oral issues as it is an antibacterial and antimicrobial medicine. Dilute eucalyptus oil in water and use it as a rinse to stay hygienic.

Peppermint: Peppermint has always been used as a popular home remedy for toothaches for children as well as adults. Add a drop to your water and make your own refreshing mouthwash.

Clove: Clove mouthwash has always been used as a popular home remedy to treat mouth ulcers, toothache, and sore gums. When you gargle with clove oil in warm water it effectively puts an end to bad breath.

Salt Water: Sea salt can effectively restore minerals to your teeth. And if you add baking soda and salt to warm water it will relieve you from swollen gums caused by gingivitis which is a form of gum disease.

Neem: Neem tree is popularly known as the Indian toothbrush tree as it is a remedy for cavities, oral infections, tooth decay, and gum diseases. The tree is packed with healing properties which can be used for multiple medicinal purposes.

Other than these cardamom, coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, cinnamon, lemon are also widely used herbs that prevent oral problems and fight bad breath.

Keep in Mind

Natural mouthwash takes care of oral hygiene and helps you get rid of bad breath without giving any discomfort and also kills unhealthy bacteria that affect your stomach. So go natural and take care.
