Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)

This yoga pose stretches the spine and shoulders and stimulates the liver. Regular practice of this pose increases appetite and helps to reduce weight. It is a must-do yoga for diabetes as it can regulate blood sugar levels by improving digestion.

Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Spinal Twist)

This is sitting half spinal twists which increase the oxygen levels in the lungs and the blood. It massages the digestive organs and stimulates healthy cell growth. Doing this in a regular manner will cure many lifestyle diseases including diabetes.

Shavasana (Corpse Pose)

Finish up your yoga session with this body calming and mind relaxing pose. It increases the benefits of the other poses you have in yoga for diabetes. This pose is otherwise called the corpse pose. It helps to rejuvenate the body cells.
