Now that we all know we are going through a tough time fighting against the pandemic, instead of eating cookies and chips, all day you can try new recipes with healthy ingredients. Get creative and do everything that your mind says. This will make you less exhausted and will always keep you engaged in an activity that you love doing. So ultimately, it reduces your stress and anxiety.

You can also consider this time to follow a skin or hair care challenge or you can concentrate on weight gain or weight loss. You may also challenge yourself to give up on any bad habit such as smoking, drinking alcohol, spending too much money, etc. Preparing for a challenge will keep you physically active and this self-quarantine period is the perfect time for it.
