Diarrhea is something that most of us connect to the food we eat or a flu that we are battling. But sometimes we might not have eaten anything suspicious and still suffer from diarrhea.
Have you noticed an irregular bowel movement the next day after you downed several drinks? Large amounts of beer and malted beverages ferment in your stomach due to its high carbohydrate content and eventually lead to gassy and liquid bowel movements.
This is a fresh water parasite that hangs out in fresh water bodies and enters our system causing us to suffer from diarrhea. You might be of the impression that you can spot a parasite or know when it enters your body. But the fact is that it can be inside you and it might not give out any telltale signs that it is existent inside you.
You start getting to know of its existence when you start experiencing low grade diarrhea and foul smelling stool.
When we consume antibiotics it disturbs the balance of bacteria in our intestines. So when the balance is disturbed we experience diarrhea. Doctors recommend having probiotics like yogurt to reduce the effects of the antibiotic.
Most artificial sweeteners contain this ingredient. What this ingredient does is that it draws out all the water from the intestine when it gets digested that in turn causes diarrhea. So try to avoid products that contain this ingredient.
This situation occurs very rarely. But when we work out excessively, then the blood supply gets concentrated to the rest of the muscles and not enabling easy digestion that results in diarrhea.
