Tips to Make Getting up Early a Little Easier

Do you want to be an early riser? Do you try hard to wake up early? Getting up early is one of the best ways to become more productive. Many of the world’s most successful persons are early risers- they strived each day to reach this height.

Yeah, waking up early can be a bit hard. But you can’t let your dreams vanish just for 15 minutes of extra sleep. Don’t hit the snooze button, set up motivation and work accordingly.

1. Go to Bed Early

Think about why you have to wake up early. Think about the reason and build motivation. Stay away from electronics in the night time. Electronics can keep you awake till midnight. Don’t eat late dinner, have a lite early dinner and try to sleep with earplugs and eye masks for a restful sleep.

2. Think Twice about Hitting the Snooze Button

Never snooze your alarm. Hitting your alarm’s snooze button doesn’t give you a good sleep. Your body and mind won’t rest after you wake up, you will be just wasting time.

3. Wake up One Minute Early Each Day

Suddenly in a day, you can’t wake up at 5:30. Your body needs to adjust to that particular time. So if your goal is to wake up at 5:30 then set your alarm 1 minute early every day.

If your current wake up time is 6:30, the next day set your alarm at 6:29 and the following day at 6:28. Every minute is important and valuable.

Even if it takes longer to reach your goal, you will definitely reach your goal in a month or two.

4. Manipulate Your Environment

Set your alarm early and put it across the room so that you have to wake up to turn it off. Or keep it in the bathroom for a motivation to wash your face.

Set your clothes out so that you can easily access them when you wake up in the morning.

Set your coffee on timer 10 minutes before your alarm goes off. Coffee can work magic for early risers.
