Power nap: Headaches can occur when you are running on less sleep and sometimes sleep is the only cure. Take a power nap for 10-15 mins and wake up relieved and rejuvenated.

Compress: For any pain, heat or cold compress gives instant results. The temperature relaxes the muscles and relieves stress. Grab a cold or hot compress depending on your mood.

Stretch: Everyone does this and it is one of the best feelings ever. Stretching will relax all the muscles and this will reduce your stress by half. Next time you get a headache, stretch each muscle and hold each one for 30 seconds.
