Social media anxiety is observed in people who spend more time on social media. According to the survey, on average every teenager spends about 9 hours on social media. This shows that social media can create a great impact on its users. 

Regular and high quality sleep is necessary for every human being to lead a healthy life. The higher use of social media increases the feeling of loneliness rather than decreases it. Along with that social media also creates unnecessary cyber-bullying and distance between families and friends, loneliness, frustration, sadness and dissatisfaction.
