7 Easy ways to detox your body

In this modern day and age stress and lack of time make us indulge in unhealthy lifestyle habits that include eating junk, lack of exercise and more. What we don’t realize is the damage that this is doing to our mind and body.
If you really want to feel good both inside out you have to stop now and take charge. The first step is to detox, to rid your body of all the toxins already present in it.

Here are 7 simple ways to cleanse your body:

1)    Begin the day with water

Start your day with a tall glass of water that ha the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon. Lemon helps re-hydrate the system and promotes digestion, which will help the flow of waste out of your body.

2)    Cut the sugar

Decrease the amount of sugar you consume as when you eat more sugar, you ask your body for more insulin, straining your pancreas and wear yourself out. Cutting the sugar will also speed up your metabolism and enhance your overall health.

3)    Always be on the move

Regular exercise encourages circulation in the blood and lymph system. Doing so will also enhance digestion, reduce tension, lubricate joints, and strengthen your body. Research has proved that people who exercise regularly have fewer toxins in their systems.

4)    Eat organic

A colorful variety of fruits and veggies should be the main focus of your diet, along with whole grains, beans and legumes and small amounts of nuts and seeds.
You should eat whole plant foods because processed foods lack the nutrients your body needs. Dark green vegetablesare full of micronutrients and are very low in calories so eat lots of them.

5)    Drink lots of tea

Not only is tea full of antioxidants, it hydrates you and fills you up. This means you will be less likely to overeat or eat the wrong things.

6)    Sweat it out in a sauna

Sweating out in a sauna is a great way to unclog your pores and sweat out the toxins from your body.

7)    Exfoliate

Skin brushing and oil massages will help exfoliate the toxins from your skin and improve circulation. This also help us to retain moisture in our body.
