5 Signs that your diet is not working

People are constantly trying out new diet plans to help them in their weight loss programs. Figuring out the best diet plan for you can take some time.
You can follow the diet plans of fitness experts and trainers. But you also need to find out what works for you and what doesn’t. You might have to go in for some trial and error before you finally settle on a diet plan.

Here are 5 signs that help you realize that your diet-plan is not working for you:

1)    You hate the food

You should enjoy the process of weight loss. You need to enjoy your life, the food you eat and everything else in it.
Eating is an enjoyable experience. If you hate what you are eating them you need to find a diet that caters to the food you like to eat.

2)    You’re bloated

If the food items in your diet are causing digestion issues such as bloating, gas, inflammation or other reactions then you might want to look into your diet plan again.

3)    You are tired and exhausted

If you are feeling tired and sluggish all the time then you can be sure that your diet is not providing your body with enough energy to get it functioning and keep it in good health.

4)    You are hungry always

If you are following a diet of less than 1,200 calories and always feeling tired or exhausted then the food that you are consuming is not enough to provide energy to perform your daily tasks and can leave you cranky all the time.

5)    You are not losing weight

The main purpose of making substantial changes in one’s diet is to lose weight. And if you haven’t lost even a pound then there is something defiantly wrong with your diet plan.

So if you feel that there is something wrong with your diet then it is time to clean up your existing diet and find a new one that suits you. You can consult a dietician or fitness expert to help you in this task.
