Sleep is essential for heart health. You need to sleep for more than six hours, people who sleep less than six hours per night tend to develop cardiovascular disease. It doesn’t matter if you are 20 years old or 50 years old and no matter how healthy you keep your body, sleep is a must for everyone.

Manage Cholesterol Level

“An apple a day keeps the doctors away”

Eat one extra fruit or veggie a day. A healthy diet can manage your cholesterol level and reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease.

Try to cook your meals, rather than eating processed unhealthy food. You can add nuts, whole grains, oats, olive oil, fish, veggies and fruits to your daily diet.
