  • Place your hands on the desk, keeping your feet together.
  • Your hands should be at the same level as your shoulder.
  • Lower your chest to the desk and push back.

Chair Squats- Squats are the best exercise for your thighs and hips.

  • Stand with your back to the chair.

Stretches- Stretches can relax your body and muscles. You can stretch your entire body even at your work place.

  • Wrists – Rotate your wrists slowly in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
  • Neck – Tilt your neck slowly form left to right till you can feel the stretch.
  • Shoulders – Loosen your shoulders and rotate them in a circular manner in forward and backward circular motion.
  • Feet – Stretch your feet and then move your toes upwards and downwards.

Gym ball-This might not seem easy, but it might be a good idea to swap your chair with a gym ball.A gym ball will not only help you improve the overall balance of your body but also help improve your posture. This practice will take a few days but is definitely worth the trouble. So don’t complain that you are unable to work out because you’re busy at work.
